Crisis Text Line

to text with a trained Crisis Counselor.

Every texter is connected with a Crisis Counselor, a real-life human being trained to bring texters from a hot moment to a cool calm through active listening and collaborative problem solving. All of Crisis Text Line's Crisis Counselors are volunteers, donating their time to helping people in crisis.

The financial aid filing season officially begin on Oct. 1st with the launch of the 2021‒2022 FAFSA® at fafsa.gov.

 

Nearly 238,000 online applications were submitted the first day, representing an eight percent increase compared to one year ago.

Georgia's HOPE Scholarship is available to Georgia residents who have demonstrated academic achievement. The scholarship provides money to assist students with the educational costs of attending a HOPE eligible postsecondary institution located in Georgia. For more info on the HOPE scholarship click here.

Move On When Ready (MOWR) is for students at eligible high schools that wish to take college level coursework for credit towards both high school and college graduation requirements.​ For more information click here.
